The team at Breeze appreciate there are great concerns relating to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how best we can protect our customers, ourselves, our families, friends and work colleagues at this uncertain time.
We want you to know we are doing everything we can as a business to protect all of our customers. We are also particularly mindful of those in our community that are most susceptible to catching the Coronavirus, such as the elderly, or those with pre-existing medical conditions.
In most cases, we will notify you by phone in advance of our arrival so that you know what time you should expect us. Upon arrival, we will knock on your door or ring the bell and retire to a safe distance of at least 2 metres and wait for you to open it to let us in.
Prior to entering your property, Hand Sanitiser will always be applied and in certain cases, Latex Gloves also be worn, where deemed necessary.
During the works
In order to carry out any works, we will need to maintain a safe distance of at least 2 metres from any occupants in the property. We will also need to ensure that there is good ventilation within the property, therefore the opening of doors and windows (whatever the weather) will be necessary to allow natural ventilation to occur.
Vulnerable occupants will be required to stay in a separate room while the works are being carried out. If this is not possible, then we would require you to stay as far away from the working area as possible (2 meters minimum).

Make space – stay at least 2 metres apart – or 1 metre with a face covering or other precautions
